As promised, the new comic goes up today, but I can't say I particularly like this one - it was a lot more imposing in my head. Ah well. Maybe I'll fix it later if I can find out how to make it more appropriate for what's to come.
But here's the exciting part. See today's comic? This is actually the real focus of the Brothers Donathan story. I've been throwing subplots and build-up at you all this time. Quite exciting! To me, anyway.
Just a reminder to those living in Maine and surrounding states: I'll be at PortCon in Portland, Maine this weekend, so head on over there if you're bold and daring.
By the way, to those who saw "Batman Begins" (which was a really well done film), did you notice that the "moral" of the film was the exact opposite of the plot of "Citizen Kane?" No? Probably just me, then. But just for fun, let me throw a couple quotes at you:
Batman Begins: "It's not who we are, but what we do that matters" - I'm paraphrasing, I'm not sure of the exact line (it was one of the few crappy lines in the movie, though).
Citizen Kane: "It isn't enough to tell us what a man did. You've got to tell us who he was."
New comic on Friday - see you in Maine!
