I'm sorry for the unfortunate pun in the comic title. (No, I'm not)
The adventures of Litchfield on the west coast and the following assault are all chronicled starting here. Nothing like a good ol' fashioned unintentional crossover! (It also happened to fit perfectly within the storyline, so I also thank Sam for a good ol' fashioned appropriate plot point).
For the past few months, I've rebranded my freelance design work under the banner of Studio Litchfield and have had a lot of fun finally organizing my portfolio and building the canon of Litchfield and crew in the meantime.
A branch of that comes in the form of The Litchytype Letter Factory, the culmination of several years of interest in letterforms and two years of dedicated study in the field. The background of today's comic showcases the flagship typeface, "Sampler" - a pixel and display type that's based on hundreds of years of schoolgirl needlework design. Also bundled with 100 banners and ornaments, it's available as a free download at the Litchytype site for personal or commercial use. Enjoy!
