Big news! Starting tonight, Mike Smith and I will be going into the Lobsterback studios and recording the first episode of "Genrezvolution!" It's going to be a four day a week podcast about movies, arts, and entertainment. Right after I finish up with The Triple Feature tonight, the microphone will fire up and commentary will begin! When the first episode is up - I will let you know - keep an eye open for it!

Speaking of Mike Smith, I'd like to extend my sincerest congratulations to him as his latest movie "The Three Chances to Woo the Future Mrs. Dowd" took first prize in the Upstate New york Film and Video Festival this past weekend! The victory guarentees his film a slot in the Syracuse International Film Festival this April. Rest assured, there will be an Instant Classic organized treck to Syracuse to support the film!

This site has always been about supporting independent filmmakers and it gives me great pride to start to see my friends and colleagues start to collect merits for their works.
