Back on the Air!

As many of you saw over the weekend, we started a fundraising campaign for my feature film, "Natalie, Queen of Scots." We took it down after 26 hours (and $19,000) just to take a couple precautions with legal stuff. Today, I'm proud to announce that we're in the clear! A couple changes were made (mainly in wording and format) but in terms of intent, remains the same! I talk about movies on this site a lot and this is a way for myself (and a very talented crew) to put up or shut up. It's easy to criticize movies without offering anything to the table. I've been making short films for years, and this is the next step - and using the audience of filmgoers to primarily fund the film. So please, take a second and read it over! It's very exciting and movie should prove to be amazing!

For the record, a "Nutmegger" is the name of a person living in Connecticut. As in, "The Nutmeg State" - I didn't make it up. Go on, look for yourself. Posting a little bit early. Yesterday posted a little bit late. Just making sure you're not missing a comic. These comics are fun to do right now. As you may figure out, Part 4 deals a lot with the ins-and-outs of Studio Litchfield. It's something I've been wanting to do for a while, and it's even more entertaining using Cactus to do it - after realizing that in the six years of doing IC (on and off), Cactus and Litchfield have never had any interaction with each other. So yes, go read - and just as everyone is Irish on St. Patrick's Day, everyone's a Nutmegger during Brothers Donathan: Part 4!

And now we officially start Part 4 of Brothers Donathan! Sorry for the delay on tonight's comic - dealing with a few things regarding the fundraising for "Natalie, Queen of Scots" as many of you saw over the weekend - Looks like we may be able to completely move forward as planned - we just have to check with a couple more things. I remain, and hope you all do as well, optimistic. Of course - I'll give updates when I have them! Keep fighting! And new comic tomorrow - so definitely check back then!
